Chardonnay
"shar-dun-nay"
One of the most popular and versatile white wine grapes, Chardonnay is produced by practically every country in the wine producing world. While the well-oaked versions of this wine dominated the 80s and 90s, today, a number of fine unoaked examples are very much enjoyed. Temperature is key to enjoying this wine - a half hour to an hour in the fridge will do the trick!
