Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received them

    • In the original packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as sale items, customized products, or collectible wines.


Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days back to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable under certain conditions.


Exchanges

  • All sales are deemed final. No exchanges are allowed.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@gourmetliving.ph with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

  3. Send the item back and keep your tracking details.
