Gourmet Living is operated by Gourmet Living Corporation, registered in Metro Manila, Philippines. All references to “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Gourmet Living Corporation.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

By using our Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, in compliance with the legal drinking age in the Philippines.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we believe the buyer does not meet this requirement.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders may be placed directly on our Website.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD) in select areas.
All prices listed include 12% VAT.
In the event of pricing errors (including system glitches or human error), Gourmet Living reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders before fulfillment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide within the Philippines, with faster lead times in Metro Manila, Cavite, and Laguna.
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days within Metro Manila and 5–10 business days for provincial areas.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as courier delays, holidays, or force majeure events.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request returns or refunds within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Opened bottles and perishable items are not eligible for return.
If the error is on our part, Gourmet Living will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.

6. Accounts & Membership

Creating an account is optional but recommended for faster checkout, order tracking, and access to membership perks.
Toast Club Membership is free. Perks include special pricing, exclusive offers, and event access. Benefits are subject to change at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, and logos, is owned or licensed by Gourmet Living and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gourmet Living is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays in delivery, misuse of products, or third-party service failures. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
