Key Selling Points
Château Grand Renom Blanc comes from the same Antoine Moueix estate as the Rouge — built in 1861, owned by Bernard Moueix (great-grandson of Antoine Moueix) since 1990. The white parcels sit on north-facing clay-limestone soils particularly suited to Sauvignon Blanc, and the wine is vinified and aged sur lie with bâtonnage (lees-stirring) for added texture and freshness.
Cuisine Pairing
Lean fish, grilled prawns, roast pork, poultry, fresh goat's cheese, and light appetizers.
Cellaring & Serving
Drink now, or cellar 2 to 5 years. Serve at 12–14°C.
