Wairau Valley Chardonnay from one of New Zealand's most committed organic producers. Grove Mill's BioGro-certified viticulture has earned national recognition, and the wine earns it again in the glass. Rich stone fruit and melon open the nose, followed by toasty notes from barrel fermentation and lees ageing. The palate is generous and rounded, creamy texture balanced by Marlborough's bright acidity. A Chardonnay of genuine complexity, made by people who care deeply about what goes into the earth — and what comes out of it.

BioGro certified organic. Whole-bunch pressed. Barrel fermented in French oak (30% new). Aged 10 months on lees with bâtonnage. Full malolactic fermentation. Unfined.
