Ripe pear and stonefruit lead the nose, veering into Nashi pear and lemon icy-pole territory, lifted by subtle white flower aromatics. The palate is rich and intense yet perfectly balanced by refreshing acidity, carrying juicy pear and stonefruit flavours through to a long, clean, dry finish that is both textural and crisp. One of the most consistently compelling whites from the NSW High Country.
