Only the free run juice of the best parcels of the vintage is used to make the Tim Adams Riesling, resulting in a delicate wine with intense aromas and flavours. The 2023 Riesling is characterised by its purity and concentration of citric flavours of lemon and lime underlaid by floral notes, opening with plenty of floral and citrus aromatics of grapefruit, lime and lemon. The palate is seamless with impressive intensity of flavour, plenty of citrus notes and a fresh, long finish.

Winemaking

Only juice which ran free from the press without applying any pressure was used, sourced from carefully selected sites throughout the Clare Valley. Following crushing, de-juicing and juice clarification, a steady fermentation in stainless steel proceeded for two weeks at 12–14°C to retain the delicate Riesling bouquet, before protein and cold stabilisation.
